Sarah Olsen

Sarah Olsen, of Manhattan Beach, has served as a Commission member since 2005. She worked for the California State Assembly as staff director from 1997 to 1999 and as a principal consultant from 1995 to 1997. From 1982 to 1995, Ms. Olsen was a policy and fiscal analyst for the Legislative Analyst's Office.
